Heart of the Forest

“ Deep inside the jungle, where the heart resides . . . “

Some key art / concept art for Overgrown, a collaborative vis dev and world building project with Sara Vonogas, Nidhi Naroth, and Eden Barber. This piece features 'the heart', a mysterious, mind-bogglingly massive crystalline mass tangled in the root system in the core of the jungle. It emanates an energy that impacts the alien-like growth of this world. The rivers of the land lead to this center, and drain into a massive hole underneath the heart.
