Painting for my senior thesis featuring my centaur archer and map maker, Adriaan. I modified the colors and saturation on my final passes, which version do you prefer and like best? (last two images)

I really love figurative and animal anatomy, and centaurs are great creatures to practice synthesizing both. Horses themselves are very tricky to draw, so I did lots of sketches beforehand, which were honestly incredibly fun. Adriaan's hair continues to bring me so much joy to draw.

Like the last painting, I wanted to port the art into a DnD book layout for funsies, just to see how my work fits in with the aesthetics, especially if I want to make some home-brew pages for my campaign with friends. Dungeons and Dragons is an awesome tabletop RPG game owned by Wizards of The Coast!
